The Seeing My Time workbook is an interactive workbook with hands-on activities that teach the core concepts and strategies needed to develop the executive functions of time management, planning and organization. It is designed to be used together with the Seeing My Time Instructor's Manual. This product was designed to be a permanent record of the Seeing My Time course experience, and acts as a reference tool to revisit over and over again to inspire continued behavior changes and improvement. Favoring drawing as a form of expression over writing, it was designed to accommodate those with dyslexia and other learning challenges as well as ADHD / ADD. Again, this is not a stand alone product. It was designed to be taught using the Seeing My Time Instructor's Manual.
