Ray Booker rose from a small country school to attain degrees in aeronautical engineering and meteorology. He is widely recognized for his scientific and engineering achievements and and for his skills as an aviator and inventor. Among those are unmanned reconnaissance aircraft and airborne missile tracking systems. After achieving success in business, he has been active in supporting many charitable endeavors.
