ABOUT THE AUTHOR Raised on the ocean in South Florida, James Nemec, LMT, CST-D is a child of the ocean, an accomplished painter, a published poet and noted L.A. playwright. Nemec s poems have appeared in OntheBus, Rattle, among others. His plays have been awarded finalist status for the prestigious Heidleman Award, and several other literary contests including, the Love Creek Samuel French Festival and San Francisco Bay Guardian. James works as an Advanced Diplomat Certified CranioSacral Therapist and Florida licensed Massage Therapist. Regarded an expert in the field, his unique approach is intuitive, yet clinical. He has been known to treat unsolvable neurological disorders. In TOUCH THE OCEAN: THE POWER OF OUR COLLECTIVE EMOTIONS, Nemec writes about his fascinating hands-on work with dolphins and clients in the Bahamas, and with clients in the ocean, as a lyrical backdrop to introduce a most niggling question … With more than 30 years of spiritual path and Quest work, Nemec recently relocated from L.A. and returned to his roots in West Palm Beach to continue his passion of unlocking more secrets of the sea and its connection to mankind.
