Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
PAUL LOWERY is a retired business executive that makes his home along the Gulf Coast of Florida. The inspiration for this story was prompted by a suggestion by his wife Betty, recalling when Paul and his grandson Jeremy had seen a large sea turtle while deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico years earlier.

This book includes a wonderful activity for children and school classes from the C.C.C. on the last page. They can adopt a sea turtle by calling the 800 # on the last page and then track it by satellite. Transmitters are mounted on the turtles for scientific study and the signal is received by a satellite. By logging on to the website shown on the last page of this book and clicking on the turtle they have adopted, a child or school class can track their turtle.
