She assists attorneys with witness preparation for deposition and trial, jury de-selection, pre-trial focus groups, juror-sensitive trial strategy, and jury debriefing. She has assisted over a thousand healthcare professionals, in over 500 professional liability lawsuits. She is a frequent speaker at legal and medical conferences.

Steve F. Fitzer, J.D. is a senior shareholder in the law firm of Burgess Fitzer, P.S. in Tacoma, WA.
