Bob McManus has more than 15 years of leadership in real estate and mortgage financing. An accomplished strategist and marketer, his vision and expertise have driven notable enterprise growth in the real estate and mortgage business. Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strength, Bob has achieved exciting company advancements and in some instances turnaround in growing companies. Bob's exceptional track record of business improvement is based on his philosophy of total enterprise engagement.

Bob began the mortgage business in 1989. He quickly moved through the ranks, and in the later part of 1991 was promoted to General Manager of a local mortgage company. He was solely responsible for business development and organization. In 1994, after completing his licensing requirements and obtaining his California Real Estate Brokers' License, Bob and his wife Kara opened up their real estate company. Despite the down market in 1994, their business quickly grew and became profitable. At the same time they opened their own mortgage and escrow company. Bob has personally been involved in thousands of real estate and mortgage transactions. While running three businesses, Bob was an instructor for 8 years in real estate licensing and corporate instruction of financing for a national real estate franchise. Teaching people how to make money in real estate has always been a passion for him.

An area of particular interest to Bob is the foreclosure market. Through his research, Bob discovered that there was not one single publication or resource that fully explained the foreclosure process. Realizing there was a niche to be filled, Bob started Dream Big, a company with a clear vision of helping people reach their financial freedom thru foreclosures. His book, Say Yes to Wealth…Building Wealth Through Foreclosures provides incredible insight into the fundamentals of this market. Bob makes the foreclosure puzzle clear and concise and shows you how you can literally put millions in your pocket. Bob created a full-day workshop and mini-educational series to teach these fundamentals face-to-face. Thru these workshops, Bob has spoken to thousands of people who are ready to take control of their financial freedom both privately and publicly. Bob’s dedication is evident in his coaching program and the success of his clients.

Bob's strength has always been working on transactions when people are in trouble. Finding solutions to the issues people face in real estate comes naturally to him. When people were declined or turned down 3 or 4 times, Bob would step in and resolve their situation. He is known throughout the industry for getting the job done.

He has been a featured speaker at Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad Real Estate Investor’s Workshop. Bob is also the creator of Say Yes to Your Future and Finances for high school seniors.

Bob states the key to his success is balance. He works very hard at maintaining that balance with his wife of 10 years and their 5 children.
