This is the latest poetry collection from poet, critic, and historian Robert Zaller. The poems are inspired by his annual travels to Greece. Richard Burgin (Editor of Boulevard) states: [These poems] evoke not only the extraordinary beauty of their subject, but also a sense of immanent grandeur that lies behind it. John Haines (Fellow of the American Academy of Poets) states: There are fine poems here, written by someone who is both scholar and poet. Let the reader be patient, read slowly, and learn what an island is, has been, and can be.
