Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Blake Harrison and Alex Rappaport are avid fans of both hip-hop and words. A chance meeting in San Francisco led to the conception of Flocabulary. With Alex’s penchant for eclectic hip-hop production, and Blake’s inspired lyrical weavings, beats and rhymes came together and A Dictionary and A Microphone was born. Blake honed his skills at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a degree in English. Alex holds a music degree from Tufts University.
Ann Marie Mulready holds a PhD from the University of Connecticut, where she also served as a graduate and undergraduate reading instructor and supervisor for pre-service teachers. Dr. Mulready also has over 25 years of classroom experience, serving as an English Teacher and Language Arts Consultant for both elementary and secondary programs.
