She is a child of God, celebrated speaker, minister, successful entrepreneur, radio host of “The P Factor Life”, mentor, motivator, success coach and author. Previously featured as an “Up and Comer” by Price Waterhouse and Black Enterprise Magazine, she was most recently named “A Woman of Essence” by Susan B. Taylor of Essence Magazine. Her former alma mater named her as one of the top “Entrepreneurs of the Century.” She is married to her soul mate, the Rev. Leroy Powell, Jr., a Born Again Christian, a pastor, former seminarian of Howard University in Washington, DC, the co-CEO of Powell & Associates, and Founder of P Factor Life Ministries. Ms. Powell has one beautiful daughter, Candace Powell, a model and CEO of 24Ct. Enterprises, Inc., a marketing and Public Relations Firm. They reside in Orlando, Florida.
