Father Wynn Wagner is a priest of the Liberal Catholic Church International. He is the pastor of Saint Mychal Judge Church in Dallas, Texas and the chaplain of the Order of Saint Thomas.

In the 1980s, Wagner wrote a computer software program called Opus that was a precursor to the internet. The software was widely used on every continent, including Antarctica, but he never made so much as a nickel from its sale. Earnings from Opus went directly to charities. During is most popular period, the software earned more than $2million for charities.

In the 1990s, Wagner penned a counseling article for those suffering from HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. The article was originally written for AEGiS, an enormous knowledgebase on HIV. The article, now translated into a dozen languages and reprinted by organizations and Health Departments around the world, has become the most widely printed and read article on HIV in the history of the epidemic.
