Choosing Sides is a character education workbook designed to promote positive character traits and behavior for middle school aged students by using realistic fiction and activities. This workbook is interactive, and for maximum effectiveness, it is recommended that the stories and activities contained in this workbook are discussed with a counselor, adult mentor, or peer mentor. Chapter One is divided into a separate survey for girls and a survey for boys. The remainder of the workbook is for both boys and girls. The introductory surveys are designed to assist students with thinking about their personalities, choices, and life goals.
