Richard A. Colon has been collecting and selling music since 1976. He sells worldwide under the moniker BigMonkeyCDsAndVideos on eBay for and has over 7,000 positive feedbacks. Also, he sells at record and guitar conventions around the United States. Throughout the years he has developed an expertiese on pricing and grading collectable CDs. Richard has received praise from the likes of Jerry Donahue (of Fotheringay, Fairport Convention, Hellecasters, and The Proclaimers), saying the book is incredible. Jeff "Skunk" Baxter (The Holy Modal Rounders, The Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, Ultimate Spinach) called this book a labor of love. Michael Clare, who played with Daevid Allen of Gong on four University Of Errors CDs, said in a letter to the author, "There have been two price guides put out by Goldmine Magazine (the most recent at the end of the 90,s is well out of date by now), and Record Collector in England have been including a limited amount of rare titles in their mostly vinyl price guide.
