Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Jeff Pulver, a US citizen living in New York, is the Founder and Chairman of pulvermedia, and one of the true pioneers of the VoIP/IP Communications industry. Leveraging well over a decade of hands- on experience in Internet and IP communications and innovation, Jeff is a globally renowned thought leader, author and entrepreneur. He is the publisher of VON Magazine and The Pulver Report and creator of the Voice on the Net (VON) conferences, where all sectors of the IP communications industry come together to discuss, debate, and advance the industry. Additionally, Jeff is the founder of Free World Dialup, the VON Coalition, LibreTel, and is the co-founder of VoIP service provider, Vonage.

Bob Emmerson is an English national living in the Netherlands. He holds a degree in electronic engineering and mathematics from London University and now works as a freelance writer, part-time consultant and industry observer. Bob writes about Information and Communications Technology for various technical and business publications. In addition he has produced three market reports for the Financial Times as well as a number of white papers and he is the European Editor of VON Magazine.
