Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

This book was born out of Shelli Johnson’s own struggle with fear. She wanted and needed to heal herself. She wanted and needed practical and easy steps she could take to move through the fear so she could stop being stuck and start having the life she most wanted. So she simply wrote the book she needed to read. Every day, she does her best to cut herself some slack & practice progress, not perfection.
