Peggy Haymes is a writer, minister and counselor in Winston-Salem, NC. She is the author of numerous books and Kindle articles, including "Strugglers, Stragglers and Seekers: daily devotions for the rest of us" and "How to Stop Saying Yes When You Really Mean No" (Kindle) Following her bike accident she became a runner and has completed races from 5Ks to half marathons as well as several triathlons. Haymes is a graduate of Furman University and Wake Forest University. For ten years she served as editor of and contributing writer for Reflections daily devotional guide. In addition to her counseling practice, she also serves as staff for grief workshops across the country.
