Les Stahlke Les Stahlke has spent his entire 40 year professional career in leadership positions. He spent six years as a parish pastor in Alberta, founded and spent 25 years as CEO of LAMP - Lutheran Association of Missionaries and Pilots. In 1995 he served as CEO of Mission Aviation Fellowship, Europe, providing air transport services in East and Central Africa. Les Stahlke is a full time consultant on governance and serves on numerous not-for-profit boards as a director and chair. Jennifer Loughlin Jennifer has served with Christian Development and Relief organizations and worked with Mission Aviation Fellowship, Europe. She supports non-profit boards in their governance responsibilities through her organization Creative People Solutions.
