Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
The author immigrated to Canada in 1952, went to university in 1953, graduated in science in 1957, obtained his Master's Degree with an award winning thesis in 1959, concluded his university studies in the United States with a prize winning Ph.D. thesis. He has written professionally in the field of economics for the Economic Council and Queen's University.
