Using over two dozen compelling case examples, the author explains the dynamics and strange logic of four types of Personality Disorders which appear in disputes as High Conflict Personalities. Drawing on 30 years of dispute resolution experience in three professions, he provides a 4-Step Method anyone can use to manage High Conflict Personalities -- and to resolve their emotionally-draining and costly disputes. With High Conflict Personalities on the rise, anyone can be a target.
A book for:
ADVOCATES (attorneys, mental health professionals, support persons, students in the helping professions, family and friends assisting those in high conflict disputes);
DISPUTE RESOLVERS (mediators, managers, administrators, judges, evaluators, ombudspersons, family and friends who get stuck in the middle); and
TARGETS OF BLAME (spouses, co-workers, neighbors, businesses, agencies, officials, professionals, family and (former) friends who become the focus of blame for a person with a High Conflict Personality).
