Author Ronald L. Buckley is a recognized operations leader in the manufacturing world. He brings 35 years of experience and expertise in improving business processes and reducing costs. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in several of this country's best manufacturing companies, most recently as Vice President of Manufacturing for General Electric Medical Systems Information Technologies. Ron has held similar positions with Raytheon and US Surgical (Tyco). He has served as an advisor on the Board of Governors for the Connecticut Technology Program for Lean Manufacturing (ConnStep); on the State of Connecticut Industry Cluster Advisory Board; and on the Manufacturer s Coalition Advisory Board Connecticut Technology Association. Candace-Lynn Buckley, LCSW, is a successful industrial-organizational psychologist educated at Columbia University. She has been an organizer, trainer and facilitator to a variety of groups and organizations for over eight years, in both the for-profit and not-for-profit arenas.
