Rebecca Maddox, M.B.A., C.P.A., is a founding member of MaddoxSmye, LLC, a consulting firm with a blue chip roster of client companies that delivers strategies on how to sell to the women's market. Her firm has conducted seminars to over 500 car dealerships nationwide with virtually every car brand/manufacturer.

Ms. Maddox had a successful 20-year career in Corporate America, holding executive positions as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales with Capital Holding, Citigroup, and Comp-U-Card of America. The best-selling author of Inc. Your Dreams, Ms. Maddox is a much sought after speaker for conventions and major media outlets including CNBC, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Business Week.

Ms. Maddox has an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Columbia University, a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, and a C.P.A. designation from the state of New York. When she is not traveling to dealerships, she resides in Naples, Florida.

Marti Smye, Ph.D., is also a founding member of MaddoxSmye, LLC. A recognized thought leader in managing change, Ms. Smye's accomplishments include founding the largest change management consulting company in Canada, whose clientele included Fortune 500 companies. She currently leads the Coaching and Executive De-velopment Division for Korn/Ferry Internat-ional, the largest executive search firm in the world.
