Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

John Macchia, Sr., CEO, Advance Turning and Manufacturing, Inc. implemented Lean in his job shop in the early 90's. Since then, his company has tripled in size, and continually has the process in place to meet customer cost reduction initiatives. John, along with co-authors Don Tapping and Ron Camp bring nearly 100 years of experience in working with the unique demands of the job shop and small manufacturer. Advance Turning and Manufacturing, Inc. was awarded the first world clas status plaque be the National Association of Job Shops and Small Manufacturers (NAJS) due to their Lean performance.
