Matthew Chan is the author of "The Intrepid Way", a self-improvement/lifestyle book that teaches the lessons of entrepreneurship, personal finance, and business to people who want to leave the confines of the corporate world.

After spending ten years in the daily grind of corporate life making significant contributions to his employers, Matthew escaped to become a successful entrepreneur at the age of 29. His business interests continue to take him across the U.S. where he frequently meets new people.

Matthew's entrepreneurial drive began to manifest itself while working in corporate positions in operations, supervision, accounting, and information systems management in companies ranging from small privately-owned companies to a billion-dollar conglomerate.

Along with working on new book projects and expanding his personal network, Matthew continues to oversee on a "part-time" basis, the management of his Internet businesses and his growing real estate portfolio for himself and his investment partners.

Matthew continues to enjoy the personal freedom of spending time working only on projects and with people he likes. And in his "spare time", Matthew enjoys eating dim sum, watching movies, taking cruise vacations, traveling to new places, and sleeping late.

Matthew is also the author of the "TurnKey Investing" Book Series including "The TurnKey Investor's 'Subject To' Mortgage Handbook", "The TurnKey Investor's Lease-Options Documents Collection", and "TurnKey Investing with Lease-Options".

Matthew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Central Florida, and a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University.
