Richard Huseman serves as an executive coach, keynote speaker, and consultant. He has had a variety of experiences in business school settings, serving as professor, department head, and dean. Working with companies like AT&T, Coca Cola, ExxonMobil, Adventist Health System and IBM, his focus has been in the areas of knowledge management, change management, and most importantly, relationship management.

Dick has co-authored nine books, including his most recent work, Give-To-Get Leadership: The Secret of the Hidden Paycheck (2002), as well as its precursor, Managing The Equity Factor (1989), which has been translated into Russian, German, Chinese, Portuguese, and Greek.
