Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Alex Jack, the editor, has taught and written widely about literature, history, and the healing arts. He collaborated with Don Campbell on The Mozart Effect (Avon), with Michio Kushi on The Cancer-Prevention Diet (St. Martin's) and The Macrobiotic Path to Total Health (Ballantine), and other best-selling books. His earlier medical study of Hamlet in Diet for a Strong Health (St. Martin's) showed that blank verse accords with the heartbeat and enhances cardiovascular health.
