Cort W. Christie is the CEO of Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH), a business consulting and services firm based in Las Vegas, NV. NCH, Inc. has formed over 12,000 Nevada corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and trusts for its clients. Mr. Christie is the author of "Incorporating in Nevada", which is currently in its third edition. He has been a past recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Cort has a vast background in the financial service and business consulting industries, and has appeared on various radio and television shows across the country speaking on different business-related topics. He has a BA in Finance from the University of Minnesota at Duluth, and is currently working on his MBA at Pepperdine.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Steve Pellegrino received his BA in Communications from the New York Institute of Technology in 1990, and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Phoenix. Steve has been a respected financial expert for the past 11 years, and is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. Steve has been a contributing writer to such Las Vegas publications as The Sporting Guide and The Las Vegas Tribune.
