HR: Funny Side Up is both the title of this book and an appropriate description of Elliott Witkin's career. On the HR side, he has been in the human resource systems field since 1980. During that time, he has worked as both a practitioner and a vendor in a variety of roles.
His writing has covered a broad range of topics and has appeared in numerous journals and newspapers. From (what normally are) serious business-related subjects to personal favorites such as baseball, his writing combines humor with some occasional actual worthwhile observations.
