Inhaltsangabe

A business or career book posing the question: "How do I make today's workplace work for me?" That's the principal question addressed by Don't Get a Job, Get a Life! The answer varies, depending on who asks--employees, employers, government regulators, labor unions or staffing services. Each party has a critical role to play in the flexible new workplace. The book goes to considerable lengths to clarify those roles and explain how each party can best serve its own best interests. The intent in every case is to make sense of the tumultuous workplace before us and to advance each party's prospects in the years ahead.
