Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

A graduate of Wells College, Anne Goddard Charter helped to form the Northern Plains Resource Council (NPRC) in 1972 and served as its chair in 1976. NPRC is a Montana community-based conservation organization with a strong connection to the land. She has been long involved in family agriculture, environmental, and renewable energy issues.
