Mr. Roman, who earned an MBA in business management from DePaul University, Chicago is the author of Reengineering the Distributor, as well as The Key to Profit and Increasing Your Bottom Line. His articles on inventory, computer selection, and increasing profits have appeared in numerous trade journals and industry publications. He presents seminars and workshops nationwide dealing with inventory management, electronic commerce, competing with technology, and reengineering, and is a frequent speaker at trade association and distributor meetings.
