Dr. Montgomery is a Business Process Consultant and Trainer known for integrating Process Redesign and Strategic Initiatives into Organization Effectiveness. He is trained and skilled in both the human side and the analytic side of organizational change. He attended Lehigh University, Pace in New York City, and the University of Pittsburgh. He has a Ph.D. in Engineering and a Master's Degree in Organizational Effectiveness. He has contributed sections to the text World Class Manufacturing and has written and presented papers on Strategic Planning and on Process Redesign at variuos conferences.
