From Chapter 7: Seafood. Easy Chewing. 'Poor Man's Lobster'.
1 pound skinless haddock fillets
Warm melted butter
Little lemon juice
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
Cover haddock with water. Add vinegar and salt. Boil 20 to 25 minutes. Serve just like lobster, dunking into warm butter. Tastes just like the real thing.
