Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

The idea of cooking with soft drinks has been around for decades.In 1983, while working for a local 7Up bottler, Portland Bottling Company, I got the idea to write an article about cooking with soft drinks for Food Day magazine.I wrote to carbonated soft drinks bottlers all over the country asking for any information they might have on the idea. After writing more than 300 letters, I collected more than 400 recipes. While organizing them I realized I had a very complete cookbook. I decided Sodalicious, was a perfect name for the project.Before self-publishing the book, I retained noted local artist Daniel Gill to illustrate the cover and inside illustrations. In addition, I ve expanded the Sodalicious concept to include kids themes, clothing that could be displayed with the book and games. It has been a very long process, but the final product is a great one
