Although this is not a "how-to book", he also explains how, through non-hypnotic regression, people are able able to rid themselves of the negative emotional feelings that accompany these conditions which often changes their present life for the better.
The primary focus of this book is "Personal Empowerment."

Bryan was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. He was in the Air Force durung The Koren War after which he attended The University of Huston. There he studied broacasting and worked in varous parts of the United States before becoming a past-life regressionist.
He is an internationally recognized Master Past-Life Regressinist and the creator of his own safe non-hypnotic method of past-life regression. He has explored over seventy-three of his own past lives and trained over two thousand other past-life regressionists.
"Through regression one can see how each incarnatin is not merely an isolated event, but is, rather, an intgral part of a much greater whole. Only after realizing this, can one's present life make sense. When a person's vision is limited to only one fleeting incarnation, it is like the blind weaver who can never appreciate how one strand of thread blends with countless others to create a beautiful tapestry."
