Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Donna Phillips lectures in Nutrition and Fitness for those wanting to become physical activity instructors and Personal Trainers. Donna has worked in fitness, and advised in nutrition for in excess of 10 years, before going on to teach. She has her own slimming club and fat loss management programme. Whilst much has been written about diet, nutrition and losing weight, Donna's philosophy is that focus should be on Body Image Enhancement, and Personal Achievement as well as the physical elements of food and exercise. A Sport Therapist by trade, Donna has worked in professional sport with national, international and Olympic athletes. She is currently working on other nutrition related titles to be released in the latter part of the year.
