Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Nigel Marlow has a background of 20 years business experience at Director Level in Marketing & Sales in the UK and EU. In academia, he developed the first UK MSc courses in Business Psychology and Consumer Psychology and as Principal Lecturer has delivered specialized workshops and programs in UK, German and Russian HE institutions. He has designed and developed a revolutionary technique for a series of online engines capable of reliably measuring the subconscious associations (thoughts and emotions) that influence decision making in organizations and markets. These “System 1” responses go undetected by traditional (psychometric) questionnaires. The IP for these proprietary processes are protected under the trademarks EMOTIX ™ and NEOPIC ™. His current interests include the ongoing development of bespoke questionnaires in the areas of leadership, organizational atmosphere, creativity and motivational structures & processes. Nigel leads the R&D at Innovationbubble Ltd and also runs a small research & development company, “The Synaptic-Spark Factory Ltd”, which specialises in the design and development of novel research methods.
