Aus dem Klappentext

When Mike Horseman and Gary Cooke got together in 1983 over a posh dinner in Covent Garden to discuss the possiblity of starting up in business together, they never imaginded that 20 years later they'd be running the same business.

At the time most people gave them 6 months, not because they weren't good at what they did, but because two more different personalities it was hard to imagine! With no clients, little business acumen, but a passion for design and £400 scraped together between them they opened the Horseman Cooke Design Agency.

Over the years Horseman Cooke has evolved, its last incarnation being The Open Agency and to celebrate two decades in the design business Open: The Book has been published. It shows a selection of work, illustrating the diverse talents of Mike, Gary and the people who have worked with them along the way.

Whether created using Magic Markers, Caran d'Ache pencils, stuck together with cow gum or created on a Mac, the great ideas still shine through
