Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Learning that she had breast cancer gave Sue Riches a new perspective on life, which contributed to her decision to join the North Pole expedition. Able to lead a happy and fulfilled life since her mastectomy, she is nonetheless aware that one in twelve of all women will suffer from the disease at some point in their lifetime, and that over 1000 die each month.
