Judith Mackay, MD, is a coauthor of The Tobacco Atlas. She lives in Hong Kong.Michael Eriksen, MD, is a professor and founding director of the Institute of Public Health at Georgia State University.Omar Shafey, MD, is a medical anthropologist and epidemiologist and manages the American Cancer Society’s International Tobacco Surveillance program.
