This first volume presents Watervliet’s streetscapes: scenes from the many businesses, manufacturers, and mom and pop establishments that give the city this rich history. Many old timers will remember many of the stories each picture presents and provide to the younger reader a historical context to where they live and call home.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Don Rittner is an award winning author, environmentalist, filmmaker, historian, professor and archeologist. He has authored more than 50 books and over 1000 articles in science, history, computers and the Internet. He published the first book to show the public how to use the brand new Internet for a social cause in 1992 (EcoLinking: Everyone's Guide to Online Environmental Information).
