Levels increase with the ability of children beginning with simple letters in isolated positions, then progress to 2-3 letter words, and finally to simple Arabic and Islamic expressions. Students begin by tracing patterns of letters and then are given space to write on their own. This book is part of the Arabic Writing I-III series to learn the Arabic alphabet. The first part shows the alphabet. The second part shows how the letters combine to form words. The third part gives words based on the other two volumes. Part I is recommended for first graders (5 - 6 years old); Part II is for second graders (6 - 7 years old); and Part III is for fourth graders (7 - 8 years old).
