This collection of new essays investigates how recent findings in evolutionary theory, ethology, psychology, and neuroscience may be applied to the philosophy of mind. For example, three papers consider the philosophical and metaphysical relevance of natural selection while four others look at teleosemantics and the disjunction problem.
