Spencer Crump is a historian, environmentalist, educator and travel enthusiast. He has been a reporter and editor for the Los Angeles Times, professor of Communications at Orange Coast College and taught journalism at UCLA. A member of the Society of Professional Journalists he earned his degrees at the University fo Southern California. His published books include titles ranging from railroading and Spanish missions to text books on writing and Journalism.
