Robert L. Dunn is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Law School (magna cum laude) where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Harvard Law Review. Mr. Dunn has conducted major commercial litigation for over 30 years. He has acted as an expert witness on legal aspects of commercial damages, a subject in which he is considered one of the country s leading authorities. He has lectured extensively before major legal, accounting, and appraisal groups, including the ABA, the AICPA, the ASA, and other legal and expert organizations. Mr. Dunn is the author of Recovery of Damages for Lost Profits 5th, Recovery of Damages for Fraud 2d, and Expert Witnesses -- Law and Practice. He is a member of the New York and California bars.
