Gold stamping on front board and spine. Cream colored endpapers. In the original pictorial dust jacket. Only one tiny tear (measuring less than 1cm) to bottom edge of the jacket and very light, nearly unnoticeable sunning at spine of both jacket and book, else Fine. Previous owner's name (a noted Pacific Northwest poet and collector) is neatly written in black ink on the front free endpaper. A nice copy. Tess Gallagher "is wholly engaged in evoking the ordinary and the sublime, and in showing us how they weave together." Graywolf Press was founded in 1974, in Port Townsend, Washington, by Scott Walker. Graywolf was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 1984, and then later in 1985, thanks in part to generous support from the National Endowment for the Arts and from local philanthropic organizations, they moved to Minnesota (Graywolf Press).
