Co-Director of the first Hurricane Information Center, Bailey spent fifteen months on the scene in Miami helping communities cope with the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew. Bailey has made numerous appearances on TV, radio, and before a variety of audiences discussing insurance issues of concern to consumers. A graduate of Harvard, and Harvard Law School, he has been Special Counsel to the Insurance Information Institute since 1986. Recently, Bailey was honored with the "Golden Torch" award by the Insurance Marketing and Communications Association.
