Otherwise there's a faint darkening to covers & edges due to the book having survived the 2019 fire at the Saint Mark's Place NYC flat of the late Peter Schjeldahl, whose extensive notes appear on the title page as well as some interior pages. Laid in a are a New Yorker art listings tear sheet with some of P.S. notes about show sot see/review, including Golub's & Nancy Spero's & a Schütte; also a press release for The Art of Hitler, an installation by Steven Kasher.
