Paraguay, New Caledonia, Oman, the Philippines, Qatar and El Salvador are just a few of the hundreds of countries with notable value activity recorded in Volume 5, which now includes listings for countries of the world N-Samoa. In Paraguay more than 3,200 changes were recorded. Limited supply for many of the issues pushed values up for stamps beginning in 1880s and continuing to the early 1960s. In New Caledonia significant increases can be found starting with the very first issue and running through stamps issued through the 1960s.
