Biografía del autor
Lambert has over 14 years experience in aerospace communication system design of which 13 years have been on space related laser communications programs. He received bachelor and masters degrees in electrical engineering from Purdue University. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and its Communications Society. He is employed by McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis, Missouri.
