Lothes earned his BEE and MSEE at Ohio State University. He was a Staff Consulting Engineer, Defense Electronic Engineering Division at Syracuse Research Corp. for 20 years. He holds two patents and is now an independent consultant.
Szymanski earned his BS in Mathematics and his BS in Engineering Science at Renesselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is engaged in intelligence and electronic warfare efforts and works as a Senior Research Engineer for Research Associates of Syracuse.
