Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Dr. Don Fuchs is Professor and Dean Emeritus, Faculty of Social Work, University of Manitoba. He has conducted groundbreaking research and published extensively in the areas of child welfare and children in care with disabilities.



Sharon McKay is professor emeritus in the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Regina and a founding member of the Prairie Child Welfare Consortium.

Ivan Brown is a Senior Research Associate in the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto, and a Professor (adjunct) in the Centre for Applied Disability Studies at Brock University. He acted as the Manager for the Centre of Excellence for Child Welfare from 2000-2010.
